THE ROLE
Due to the continued success and growth of Inzpire as the UK White Force provider of choice, we are seeking an exceptional individual with knowledge and expertise in the employment and integration of modern Combat Air (CA), ground and Air C2 and other supporting Force Element (FE) capabilities in a complex, degraded, and challenging Collective Training (CT) environment.
We are looking for expertise to satisfy the following key requirements:
- Demonstrable tactical & operational level understanding of how CA, Air C2, and other FE capabilities integrate in a Contested, Degraded & Operationally challenging Environment (CDOE);
- Knowledge and experience to design, storyboard, develop, test, and deliver challenging, tactically relevant training CDOE scenarios that satisfy customer desired learning objectives;
- In depth experience in the application and implementation of the Plan, Brief, Execute and Debrief cycle;
- Composite Air Operation (COMAO) planning experience either in a single Service or Joint Force domain.
- Working level knowledge of the integrated planning process / processes adopted by UK Force Elements.
- Working level knowledge of Risk, Assumption Issues, Dependencies, and Opportunities (RAIDO) with a commensurate ability to evaluate and articulate these with recommendations to Stakeholders.
THE PERSON
We are looking for truly exceptional, professionally credible, ‘hands on’ experts, with a working understanding of COMAO training.
The successful individual will:
- Have expertise in the integration of multi-domain capabilities within a contested environment.
- Have recent experience in delivering or operating with Large Force Element exercises.
- Be able to demonstrate evidence to support the following requisite skills and traits:
ESSENTIAL
- Extensive, relevant CT experience, in the live or synthetic environment, preferably from a Combat Air or Air C2 background;
- Previous knowledge of UK, NATO, or US military Air integration planning methodology;
- Possess exceptional communication skills;
- Be willing to embrace the Inzpire work ethic of loyalty, flexibility, and consistently delivering beyond our customer’s expectations.
HIGH DESIRABLE
- QWI (or equivalent), NATO / US military exchange, EWI, or other Air instructor qualifications;
- Hands-on Air or Joint Force exercise planning and delivery.
- Experience working with 4th and 5th Gen CA platforms.
- Experience working with international partner nations.
- Experience working within the MOD Whole Force construct to ensure effective project delivery.
Due to the nature of elements of the role, the successful applicant must be a UK National and may be required to successfully complete National Security Vetting which may require criminal record, security service and credit reference checks; qualification will also normally require a minimum UK residency of at least 5 years.
