THE ROLE
Due to the continued success and growth of Inzpire as the UK White Force provider of choice, we are seeking exceptional individuals with knowledge and expertise in the employment and integration of UK RC-135W Rivet Joint (RJ) and other Force Element (FE) capabilities in specific unit level training and within a complex, degraded and challenging synthetic environment.
We are looking for expertise to satisfy the following key requirements:
- Knowledge and experience to design, storyboard, develop, test and deliver tactically relevant training scenarios that satisfy customer desired learning objectives;
- Demonstrable tactical level understanding of how RC-135W Rivet Joint, Tactical Command and Control (TC2) and other Force Element capabilities integrate in a contested Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) environment;
- In depth experience in the application and implementation of the Plan, Brief, Execute and Debrief cycle;
- Have a working knowledge of the UK and global synthetic Collective Training landscape.
THE PERSON
We are looking for truly exceptional, professionally credible, ‘hands on’ RJ expert, with a working understanding of synthetic training systems
The successful individuals will:
- have expertise in the integration of multi-domain capabilities within a contested environment and be confident in offering tactical advice to our customers.
- be willing to conduct travel both in the UK and overseas.
- be able to demonstrate evidence to support the following requisite skills and traits:
Essential
- UK RC-135W RJ EW or Linguist specialist with operational and relevant Collective Training experience, in the live or synthetic environment;
- Previous knowledge of UK, NATO or US military Air integration planning methodology;
- Possess exceptional communication skills;
- Be willing to embrace the Inzpire work ethic of loyalty, flexibility and consistently delivering beyond our customer’s expectations.
Highly Desirable
- UK RC-135W RJ platform level EW or Linguist instructor;
- Part of the UK RC-135W RJ training team;
- Any other relevant Air instructor qualifications (Qualified Weapons Instructor, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR)).
Due to the nature of elements of the role, the successful applicant must be a UK National and may be required to successfully complete National Security Vetting which may require criminal record, security service and credit reference checks; qualification will also normally require a minimum UK residency of at least 5 years.
