Key Accountabilities

  • Receiving, logging, issuing, and distributing documents to the Project team
  • Undertake filing and archiving services selecting the appropriate storage method, retrieving information as required in accordance with procedures, using own knowledge and experience to undertake more complex tasks , e.g. destruction of files.
  • Working with the security team, undertake Mustering of Documents for the IDT to ensure appropriate control of documents are in place and compliance to process
  • Prepare documents for encryption and secure transfer.
