We are currently looking for a Logistics Engineer to join our MSP (Major Service Provider) business, based in Canberra.


The role of the Logistics Engineer will be to develop a Logistics Support Analysis Plan and provide input into the Integrated Logistics Support Plan and the function and performance specification.


As Logistics Engineer your responsibilities will include:
 

  • Contributing to the systems engineering process and product development.
  • Provide Logistic Engineering analysis.
  • Training and mentoring junior professionals.
  • Deliver services to customers that enhance QinetiQ’s reputation as a trusted provider and partner.
  • Demonstration of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Compliance with legislative, regulatory, QinetiQ Quality Management Systems, Employee Safety requirements.

 

To be successful in the role of Logistics Engineer you will need to bring with you:
 

  • Experience in Logistics Support Analysis working within large value Defence projects.
  • Technical trade qualification.
  • Previous experience working within complexed and collaborative team environments.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and delivery partners.
  • Integrity and high personal ethical standards that align with QinetiQ standards
  • Minimum Baseline Clearance required.
  • Highly desirable - experience in aerospace environment

 

 Candidates will need to be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance
