Level 3 Administration Assistant Apprentice - Early Careers

About the team
As a member of the Employee Services team, you will undertake a range of support activities with supervision and guidance in order to effectively deliver high quality service our customers.

What will I be doing? 

• To support the delivery of a high quality business service under supervision and guidance working within defined procedures.
• To support the resolution of standard queries by escalating more complex issues to a senior member of the team.
• To support the delivery of a high standard of customer service communicating with tact and diplomacy at all times, taking accurate messages and passing them on to the appropriate person in a timely manner
• To support the continuous improvement of Employee Services by assisting other team members and making suggestions for improvement.
• To support resilience across Employee Services and leave new skills as identified by the Team Leader
• You will be undertaking a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeships as part of your role, Business administrator / Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education

Academic requirements:

• To have attained or be predicted GCSE Grade A*-C, 5-9 in Maths, English Language, IT and 2 other subjects or equivalent.
• Able to demonstrate a working understanding of Microsoft Office Applications

Additional Requirements:

• Have a strong interest and/or experience within administration
• Passionate about customer service:
