Overall Purpose of the Job:

Responsible for the delivery of project controls on simple projects within the UKI Business

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Undertaking tasks and activities, as required, in the delivery of project controls functions to the UKI business in accordance with the UKI PMO Strategy and QinetiQ Operating Framework
  • Applying Best Practice and lessons learned in the delivery of project controls functions
  • Maintaining regular, open and positive lines of communication within the team, with programme and project teams and other key delivery partners
  • Monitoring, Controlling and Reporting on Project Performance for projects up to LCM Level 1 (LCM Level as defined in QinetiQ Operating Framework)
  • Promoting the wider public good in all actions and acting in a morally, legally and socially appropriate manner in interactions with stakeholders and members of the organisation

 

Successful outcomes of this role:

  • Up-to-date, accurate, reliable and timely outputs that are trusted and accepted by the leadership, programme and project teams in support of LCM Level 1 projects.
  • Project Controls outputs that contribute to meeting or exceeding business plan revenue and margin targets for LCM Level 1 projects.
  • Established and regular engagement with the leadership, programme and project teams for LCM Level 1 projects.
  • Meet or exceed productivity target

Essential Education and Qualifications:

Qualified to A level or equivalent and 3 years’ relevant experience
