QinetiQ Inc. is seeking an experienced Action Officer/Data Analyst to support our mission work at our Fort Belvoir, VA customer location. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following.

 

Your Contribution to the Mission:

 

  • Work closely with staff to manage and execute a budget.
  • Create and update budget plans and projection graphs.
  • Maintain plans for current year budget plans, and develop and maintain out-year budget plans according to the Program Objective Memorandum (POM).
  • Provide quantitative analysis of all budgetary issues and concerns and provide feedback and recommendations to the Director.
  • Create and utilize functional processes and tracking documents to reduce costs and improve effectiveness and efficiency in out-year budget planning.
  • Provide advice to division staff on interpretation and evaluation of management policies and procedures.
  • Create and assigned division taskers as needed based on Requests For Information (RFIs) from higher headquarters.
  • Track and manage all meetings and accountability of staff.
  • Control the office space and the other facilities for the division.
  • Supervise and manage the work load and work production of the Division front office executive assistant, ensuring that all work is completed with high level of detail and ensure all human resource actions are completed or passed to the correct office for completion. 
  • Conduct research and interpretation on civilian pay laws and regulations to provide proper guidance to assistant and division staff to be able to solve pay issues.
  • Manage all work order requests and ensure that they are submitted and tracked to completion.
  • Manage key and access control for the division.

 

To Land This Job, You Need:

 

  • A minimum of 3 years' team leadership experience, preferably in a military or DOD environment.
  • DOD Secret clearance
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite software, including Excel and MS Teams.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask, manage the workload of yourself and others, and complete task in a deadline driven environment.
  • Degree in a finance or administrative related discipline preferred but not required.
