QinetiQ Inc is seeking a talented Project Set Up Specialist/Junior Program Control Analyst (PCA) to join our growing finace team at our Lorton, VA C5ISR Headquarters. The selected candidate will support a number of service and technical programs in a DOD setting. 


Your Contribution to the Mission:


  • Set up and maintain assigned projects in (JAMIS/CostPoint) based on project requirements and to ensure the proper recognition of revenue.
  • Set up of new programs and modifications inside of the accounting system (JAMIS/CostPoint).
  • Set up new charge codes within WBS structure
  • Map employee to labor categories within ERP system
  • Responsible for financial reporting on assigned government programs.
  • Prepare, monitor, and update program requirements and spend plans.
  • Maintain budget tracks at the project level.
  • Support formulation and review budget estimates and requirements for new and existing initiatives.
  • Assist in assessing the impact of contract and engineering changes to program and or cost baselines.

To Land This Job, You Need:

  • Assocates or higher degree in a Business or Accounting field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience providing financial support and set up in a gov con environment.
  • Must have strong MS Office experience, particularly MS Excel.
  • Experience with JAMIS and/or CostPoint preferred.
