QinetiQ Inc. is seeking an experienced Strategic Pricing Manager to Lead the development and deliver analyses and price to win target recommendations to capture teams and senior decision makers. The selected candidate will work out of our Tysons Corner, VA office and will have the following responsibilities. 

 

Your Contribution to the Mission:

 

  • Performs RFP-specific analyses on competitive cost, price trends, and historical bid price points to develop price-to-win targets (top down and bottoms up)
  • Develops and implements pricing analysis processes to determine customer segments and optimal prices according to the market.
  • Reviews prices on a regular basis to ensure competitive balance.
  • Plans negotiation strategies.
  • Analyzes changes to sales budgets and forecasts.
  • Researches industry trends that may impact strategy.
  • Create reports and visualizations to provide insights for competitive advantage.
  • Reports analysis findings to management.
  • Develops a strategy for discounts that maximizes revenue.
  • Designs financial models to track key metrics.

 

To Land This Job, You Need:

 

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and experience with pricing in a federal government environment supporting various contract types
  • Knowledge of the business development process, including phases and gates
  • 7 or more years’ experience in a similar role including solid exposure to managing pricing processes, implementing pricing initiatives, and creating pricing process documentation.
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies and concepts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills are comfortable dealing with numerical data and have strong attention to detail.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
