THE ROLE

 

Are you a skilled Intelligence Professional with a talent for delivering insight and teaching in high-pressure environments and enabling informed decision-making?

 

We are looking for exceptional individuals with expertise in air intelligence analysis, mission planning, targeting, and operational assessment. You will support a variety of military and civilian operations in the UK and overseas, teaching and applying advanced analytical skills to our broad range of customers.

 

Whether your background is Royal Air Force, Army, Navy or Civilian Intelligence we are looking for talented individuals to support the delivery of our diverse range of contracts.

 

THE PERSON

 

We are in search of an outstanding specialist who has:

 

  • Proven experience at the tactical, operational or strategic level in Air, Land, Maritime or Joint Intelligence.
  • Expertise in mission planning, targeting cycles, and operational air analysis
  • Strong understanding of aerial platforms, sensors, and ISR integration
  • GEOINT and multi-source fusion experience
  • Familiarity with air threat assessment, order of battle analysis, and targeting doctrine
  • Qualified instructor (DTTT or civilian equivalent) or willingness to undertake instructor training
  • Knowledge of BDA (Battle Damage Assessment) and post-strike analysis

 

Due to the nature of elements of the role, the successful applicant must be a UK National and may be required to successfully complete National Security Vetting which may require criminal record, security service and credit reference checks; qualification will also normally require a minimum UK residency of at least 5 years.
