We are currently looking for a Software Project Lead  to join our Advisory Business, based in Adelaide, South Australia for exciting new project work. As part of our support to our clients, your role as will be hands on and responsible for supporting the delivery of new technology solutions through our software projects and integrated solutions team. We are looking for a motivated and driven individual who is striving for a career in Project Management. This is a great oppportunity for you to take your next step. This role will provide on the job development and mentoring by Senior Project Managers in a team environment. 


As part of this role you will be:

  • Assisting to define scope and estimating resources for new projects to support bid activity
  • Coordinating resources and task allocation to deliver the project in accordance with cost, schedule, requirements and commercial baselines
  • Assisting to prepare project plans to support delivery 
  • Developing project schedules and tracking of performance
  • Providing regular reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Identification of risks and issues and effectively managing to closure
  • Supporting the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction


To be successful in the role of Software Project Lead you will require:

  • Diploma or equivalent in a Project Management discipline
  • Exposure to project management tools and principles  
  • Experience in supporting software projects with an understanding of software delivery methodologies 
  • Business & commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills 
  • Analytical skills to identify risks and issues including mitigation strategies
  • Excellent time management skills and communication skills
