Role Purpose

The HR Process Co-Ordinator is responsible for delivering and coordinating complex HR administrative services. These include employee lifecycle changes, reward, benefits & organisation development administration, and cyclical people processes.

The role ensures operational excellence and compliance, partners with Centre’s of Expertise and HRBPs, and supports continuous improvement in employee experience, system workflows, and service metrics. The role holder will be part of the Employee Services team, which includes AskHR, Payroll, Talent Attraction, Onboarding and Manager Advice.

This is a great role to build a breadth of knowledge across many core HR activities and also support the strategic owners of each activity in the People Leadership Team (PLT). As such this can be a great foundation for further career growth into more senior HR roles (thus why the successful applicant will either have CIPD Level 3 or 5 or being willing to study and gain that qualification).

The team sits within the broader Enterprise Services Function alongside other key service lines, such as IT and Financial Services, providing that alternate route for progression. It’s a small team of 4 that is highly capable. It would be expected you would be on-site at least 3 days per week. Whilst skill and experience would be advantageous, the No1 requirement is to have high agency (can-do mindset) and bring a positive energy to the work and team.

  • Governance and Compliance – Ensure governance audit obligations are fulfilled through effective admin and control.
  • Escalation Handling – Act as the escalation point for complex, ambiguous, or high-risk service queries.
  • Data and Reporting – Produce HR dashboards and reporting packs; ensure delivery of cyclical performance, reward, and attrition data.
  • Team Capability – Support onboarding, training and capability development of colleagues through coaching and best practice sharing.
