The Role

As an Office Manager, you will play a vital role in the successful launch and day‑to‑day operation of our new Brussels office. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact from the offset, helping to build a positive, efficient and well-coordinated workspace.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll support the setup and ongoing management of the office, coordinate daily operations, act as the primary point of contact for all office-related matters, and ensure the workspace is fully functioning, safe and compliant.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the initial setup and ongoing administration of the new Brussels office
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all office and facility-related queries
  • Coordinating internal meetings and events, including room preparation and logistics
  • Managing office supplies, equipment and inventory
  • Liaising with landlords, building management and external suppliers
  • Supporting onboarding activities and welcoming visitors and new starters

 

Essential experience of the Office Manager:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager
  • Experience coordinating office operations, facilities or vendor management
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management systems

 

Essential qualifications for the Office Manager:

  • Fluency in English, Flemish, and French (written and spoken preferred)
  • Relevant professional experience in office administration or management

This role is full‑time, permanent, based at our Brussels office.
