This is an exciting phase in our history and we are looking for talented Creative Content Producer to join us in Melbourne, as we embark on our next phase of growth.

 

We’re a small but mighty MarComms team, looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively within a fast-paced environment and who brings a motivated, professional and positive approach.

 

We’re seeking a talented digital all-rounder with initiative and drive along with a versatile skill set. This will include video producing and editing, photography, written communications and basic graphic design.

 

Our ideal candidate can translate the technical aspects of our products and capability into compelling content to drive external engagement and sales growth across multiple channels.

 

This role supports content creation and delivery for web, social media, proposals and large scale events, amongst other things.

 

Success will come from the strategic development of professional and detailed briefs, solid project management skills and the ability to direct talent to achieve exceptional results.

 

With defending our country’s vital interests at our core, the successful candidate must be eligible for a baseline security clearance at a minimum.

 

About you:

  • Ability to manage the end to end process of video/photography content creation (brief development, planning, preparing talent, staging, capture, lighting, audio, editing, production)
  • Ability to capture and direct technical talent positively, within a style and messaging framework
  • Ability to work enthusiastically and effectively as part of a team as well as independently, across locations
  • Identify, manage and direct external photography and videography resources as required eg. off-site locations
  • Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines, with high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and meticulous adherence to the brand
  • Active listening skills, able to take constructive feedback and modify own work where required
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and stakeholder management with the ability to engage with a highly technical workforce and customer base 
  • Experience with content management systems and publishing online content
  • Ability to think creatively to find solutions

 

 

Qualifications and experience

  • Degree (or similar) in videography, photography, communications or equivalent experience in the creative or graphic design field
  • 5+ years’ professional experience within associated field

 

Key skills

  • Experience in videography/photography/editing and management/direction of sessions/talent
  • Experience in the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience working within a brand and using style guides
  • Experience in SharePoint and SiteCore advantageous
  • Drone photography skills advantageous
  • 3D skills would be a bonus (Blender)
