We have fantastic opportunity to work directly to our Managing Director and support our executive leadership team as an ‘Executive Business Partner’.


In this exciting new role, you will provide direct support to our MD and assist him in executing his responsibilities and strategic direction…..  Would suit someone looking to gain broad business experience


 take the lead on providing executive level support and advice, becoming the right hand to our leaders, optimising their time, helping them be more efficient, pre-empting their needs and requirements.

In this role you will be responsible for:


  • Liaising with, and hosting high level internal and external stakeholders including: Board Directors, C-suite executives, global leadership, senior Defence and Government customers, partner organisations and community representatives.
  • Supporting the MD and Leadership team to ensure high-quality stakeholder engagement and communication across the full spectrum of people who engage with the organisation.
  • Gathering and collating information to produce a high level of written communications including: presentations, papers, reports, briefings, and other documents as required by the MD or executive. 
  • Scheduling team meetings, briefings, off-sites, roadshows and other regular team and organisational activities.
  • Managing the leadership team calendar and keeping the executive informed of key activities, deadlines and requirements.  
  • Supporting the organisation and coordination of company events, site events, trade shows and exhibitions, executive round tables etc.
  • Coordinating, and preparing agendas, minutes, and action lists for the LT to support meeting effectiveness and organisational governance. Collate information and maintain registers required for compliance and reporting.
  • Delivering wider administration/project support to the broader Leadership Team as required.
  • Contribute and get involved in other aspects of the business as your capacity allows.

  • Has exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers/clients, partners, senior QinetiQ leaders and members of QinetiQ staff
  • Is degree qualified in business, project management, accounting, commerce, law, HR commercial  or a relevant discipline
  • Has outstanding skills in MS office applications and creative ability to produce visually appealing reports and presentations.
