QinetiQ has a number of exciting new opportunities to support the growth of the company in the delivery of capability to our clients. As such, we are currently looking for experienced Scheduler to join our Advisory business, based in Canberra.

 

As a Scheduler, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Developing Program Level Schedules
  • For each individual project and program for which these projects are a part, including integrating these schedules with related projects outside of JIC & Space Capability Branch
  • Identifying, analysing and reporting on schedule risk across the program
  • Maintaining methodologies and process for scheduling within ISC client space

 

To be successful for the role of Scheduler you will need to bring with you:

  • Experience in the development of master project schedules, project and contract work breakdown structures (WBS) and supporting data dictionaries as well as schedule management
  • Thorough understanding of schedule management methodologies, practices, tools and software, as well as DEF (AUST) 5664 – Work Breakdown Structures for Defence Materiel Projects
  • Mentor, advice and assist project management personnel in the use of current industry best practice schedule tools and project schedule reporting methodologies

 

Candidates will need to be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance. QinetiQ conducts pre-employment screening, including but not limited to identity verification and police checks, for all preferred candidates.
