The Role
As a Digital Design Associate, you’ll have a role that is out of the ordinary. This role supports QinetiQ’s marketing and communications strategy, contributing positively to the company’s reputation with key stakeholders through effective visual communication.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll create high quality digital content that reflects QinetiQ’s brand and culture. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders on design projects, managing external suppliers to ensure quality while overseeing the digital media library and producing engaging motion graphics.
 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing high-quality digital content that showcases the QinetiQ brand and culture
  • Collaborating with stakeholders throughout the design process, from concept to production
  • Managing external suppliers to ensure quality and brand consistency in designs
  • Overseeing the digital media library and ensuring effective asset management
  • Organising production and delivery of marketing collateral for internal stakeholders
  • Creating engaging motion graphics for both internal and external audiences
     

Essential experience of the Digital Design Associate:

  • Proven experience managing external agencies, contractors, and content producers
  • Proficiency in design software including After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Familiarity with 3D modelling tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D or 3DS Max
  • Ability to create and refine 3D models from references or CAD imports
  • Experience in producing motion graphics and video editing for various audiences

 

Essential qualifications for the Digital Design Associate:

  • Previous experience in digital design or marketing
  • A degree in graphic design or a related field is desirable

This role is 37 hours per week based at Farnborough. Hybrid working patterns available.
