About the Finance & Governance Function:
The Finance & Governance Function delivers services globally, to drive control, risk management, integrity, profitability and efficiency; these services include: Finance Business Partnering (including Operational Finance), Group Financial Control, Financial Analysis, Tax & Treasury, Investor Relations, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), Risk, Internal Audit, and Legal & Company Secretary.

Our graduate programme has been carefully designed to give you a variety of strategic and operational experience across a Finance & Governance function within a global company. The programme will include four 6-month rotations in areas such as Group Finance, Business Finance, Financial Shared Services, and Internal Audit. During this programme QinetiQ will support you in studying for your CIMA/ACCA (or equivalent) professional qualification.
Academic requirements:
You must have attained or are due to graduate in 2026 with a degree (minimum of 2:2, desirable 2:1) in the following subjects:

Economics
Skills and experience:
- Have a strong interest and/or experience within Finance & Governance
- Be willing to learn, and have demonstrated an aptitude for learning at pace
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently under appropriate supervision
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Ability to prioritise workload and consistently meet deadlines
- Ability to demonstrate a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, someone who is willing to learn and take pride in their work

Security:
