The Role
As a Growth Governance Manager, you will support the effective delivery and continuous improvement of governance across the Growth function, ensuring processes are applied consistently, efficiently and in line with established requirements.

Day-to-day, you’ll coordinate governance forums, maintain reporting and documentation, track decisions and actions, support assurance activities, and work with the Growth Operations Manager to improve governance processes, stakeholder engagement and overall governance effectiveness.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Growth governance frameworks, processes, controls and documentation
• Coordinate governance boards, reviews and decision-making forums, ensuring accurate information, effective record-keeping and timely action tracking
• Monitor compliance with governance requirements, supporting assurance activities, audits and the management of governance evidence and documentation
• Develop governance reporting, dashboards and management information, providing insights on performance, risks, trends and improvement opportunities
• Drive process improvements through the adoption of best practice, digital tools, automation and streamlined ways of working
• Act as the Growth governance subject matter expert, building stakeholder relationships and promoting governance awareness, consistency, training and continuous improvement across the Growth community

Essential experience of the Growth Governance Manager:

• Experience leading or supporting governance, PMO, business operations or business transformation activities
• Experience establishing, improving or assuring business governance frameworks and processes
• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders across multiple functions and business areas
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insight
• Experience driving process improvement, governance simplification or organisational change initiatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, Power BI and Power Automate solutions

This role is 37 hours per week based at our Farnborough site with a minimum average site attendance of three days per week.

At our Farnborough site exciting work takes place at our state-of-the-art facility, with high-energy laser technologies, our 5m pressurised wind tunnel which has a simulation capability that is unique in the UK and our large research and development projects is a real hub of creativity, research and innovation.
