The Role
As part of the Range Resource Team you will be responsible to the Resource Manager. The post holder will work within the Range Resource team supporting trials and ensuring the safety of the site.
Day-to-day, you’ll Carry out general duties, support knockout and signalling tasks, follow risk assessments and task instructions as well as apply health and safety and Environmental procedures, as well as keep up to date on training to make sure your competences are current and up to date.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carry out duties as a lookout and range signaller
- Ensure compliance with risk assessments and task instructions
- Set up and prepare ranges in accordance with the relevant documentation
- Maintain core module skills and training (manual handling etc)
- Ensure robust application of Health, Safety & Environmental procedures and processes
- Attend training courses as applicable to ensure all competencies are current
Essential experience of the Range Safety Support Worker:
- Be proactive, focused, self-motivated with drive and enthusiasm and have a can-do approach
- Proven ability to solve problems
- Tele-handler and forklift experience would be advantageous, but not essential
- Good understanding of Health and Safety
- Ability to work and adhere to set processes.
Essential qualifications for the Range Safety Support Worker:
- Full clean driving licence

This role is 37 hour per week based at Pendine.
