The Role
As an Multi-Skilled Technician, you will play an important role supporting trials delivery, equipment maintenance along with preventative and reactive maintenance onsite to ensure we can continue to deliver important work in support of the UKs national interest.

 

Day-to-day, you will use technical skills, knowledge and understanding to apply practical skills. Carry out functions aligned with trials mobilisation, delivery and conclusion, to meet the strategic and operational objectives of the West Freugh Range.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver specialist technical maintenance support & services in relation to building plant/equipment and site services
  • Ensure robust application of health, safety & environmental procedures & processes
  • Ensure maintenance standards and quality of work delivered are to the required level and aligned with latest regulations
  • Prioritisation of work programme to satisfy business needs

 

Essential experience of the Multi-Skilled Technician:

Strong knowledge of building systems across all disciplines with a key competency in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC or gas maintenance

This role is 37 hours per week based at our West Freugh site. Shift patterns for this role are 07:45 – 16:30 Monday – Thursday and 07:30 – 12:00 on Fridays.
