Boasting the largest team of highly respected and experienced Explosive Ordnance (EO) acquisition personnel, our consultants work in close partnership with our clients and are embedded within a vibrant team, working on multi-million dollar projects that are at the cutting edge of innovation in Defence munitions and the creation of sovereign defence capability.

 

We are looking to engage with Integrated Logistics Support professionals of varying levels of seniority to join our team and provide general Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) management services associated with the analysis, definition, planning, acquisition, transition, in-service management, sustainment, asset management, and disposal of materiel systems.   These are customer facing roles based onsite in Canberra.

 

Typically Integrated Logistics Support Management professionals:

  • Provide controlling and evaluating logistic support analysis
  • Conduct monitoring, controlling, and reviewing contractor deliverables
  • Develop and update ILS documentation, including a range of technical management strategies and plans, logistic plans, and instructions
  • Develop statements of work for ILS programs
  • Conduct tender evaluation and contribute to source selection
  • Provide advice/input into the management of technical reviews and more senior roles, contribute to the management and coordination of project ILS teams
  • Provide services that are commensurate with relevant Australian and International Standards, regulations, and Defence requirements

 

As an ideal applicant, you'll bring:

  • Experience working in a logistics environment in acquisition ILS, in-service logistics, sustainment or asset management and experience in the application and management of LSA activities, with knowledge of the links between ILS, Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) and Test and Evaluation/Verification and Validation (T&E/V&V)
  • In-depth knowledge and experience to undertake tasks of increasing complexity, including the ability to consider the problem, derive a range of potential solutions from existing possibilities and decide on the best course of action to reach a cost effective outcome
  • An understanding of the integration requirements both within support elements, and between ILS and other technical logistics disciplines
