The Role
As a Business Relationship Manager, you will establish and maintain trusted partnership relationships between the Enterprise Services team and each of its internal customers, understanding their scope of operation, business drivers, plans and needs, working with them in identifying solutions to improve their ability to achieve their desired business outcomes.
Day-to-day, you’ll serve as the principal point of contact for service owners and business stakeholders across functions, capturing business requirements for adoption or expansion of Enterprise services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Demand Management, understanding, anticipating and influencing internal customer demand for services delivered by Enterprise Services
- Focus on internal customer experience, collecting, analysing, and transforming customer feedback into actionable insights that inform service improvements and support continuous enhancement of the customer experience
- Support internal Service Performance reviews, utilising feedback insights to regularly review service performance with Service Owners, focusing on service improvement opportunities across all areas of people, process and technology, with a specific focus on customer centricity
- External Supplier Management, support strategic and operational engagement with external suppliers, fostering strong relationships that ensure alignment with business goals and optimise service performance
- Contribute to the development and management of service budgets, forecasts, and cost models
Essential experience of the Business Relationship Manager:
- Demonstrable experience in a Relationship Management, Service Portfolio and Demand Management in an Enterprise Service Management environment within a large organisation
- Experience in service management and service delivery environments including technical, service management and 24/7 operations exposure
- Experience in use of change management ITSM systems
- Microsoft Office suite including Teams and Sharepoint
- Understanding of Agile methods and practices
- Good understanding of risk management
Essential qualifications for the Business Relationship Manager:
- Foundation qualifications of the ITIL V3 and V4 frameworks/ CSI

This role is 37 hours per week based at Farnborough. Hybrid working patterns are available.
