Across modelling & simulation and live evaluation, we deliver T&E capability design, development and operation, provision of representative threats, trials design, trials delivery and data evaluation & analysis. We combine access to a diverse set of T&E capabilities, including ranges and facilities, with cross-disciplinary scientific and engineering expertise, operational know-how and broad-ranging global partnerships.

Who we are looking for?

• Applicants will need to come from a Defence background and have a current  Australian Government Clearance or be eligible to apply
• You will have a desire to grow, an aptitude to learn and a passion for development
• You will have experience working in partnership with customers, delivering complex programs and working in safety critical environments
• Opportunities can be based out of Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra or Sydney

Future Roles

• Systems Engineer – Provide engineering and technical support for engineering activities for R&D, bidding, product development, systems integration, verification and validation and closure
• Project Manager – Support organisations aiming to transform concept into capabilities through rigorous trials and tests across various sites
• Trials Manager -  Assist the Senior Trials Manager with planning and execution of an end to end conduct of trials activities on behalf of CoA, set the overall direction of trials activities
