Headquartered in The Shoalhaven, New South Wales, QinetiQ Air Affairs provides targets and training services, and electronic warfare capabilities to the Australian Defence Force. Air Affairs owns and operates a fleet of special mission aircraft and maintains an advanced manufacturing and engineering facility providing design, manufacture and certification operations.

We are seeking Expressions of Interest from motivated individuals for future opportunities as Aircraft Support Team Members and Supervisors, supporting the cleanliness, presentation, and operational readiness of aircraft in a high-performing defence environment.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to launch a career in aviation, with comprehensive training provided. Successful applicants without a Certificate II in Aircraft Line Maintenance will have the chance to complete this qualification as part of their development.

 

Your day to day role will see you joining a dedicated and supportive team to;

  • Clean and maintain aircraft interiors and exteriors to a high standard
  • Support aircraft turnaround and ground operations
  • Ensure all activity complies with safety and operational procedures
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Supervisors will lead a small team of crew members

Candidates will need to be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance.
