We share and support Defence’s commitment to growing and improving Australia’s military capability. We do this by delivering large, long term, integrated work packages across the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG), working closely with both uniformed and public service staff.

 

The opportunity

Working in a high-performing team, you will provide support to a manager and the wider corporate services team.

 

Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Preparing correspondence, briefings, submissions and reports
  • Processing APS recruitment activities
  • Coordinating and scheduling of a range of project activities
  • Managing purchasing and invoice payments
  • Records management

 

About you

  • Proven experience in an administrative role (defence industry experience highly regarded)
  • The ability to build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders and effective communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail along with demonstrated planning and organisational skills

 

Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be eligible for Australian Defence security clearance.
