About the role:

As a valued member of the team, your role will report into the Financial Controller and will work closely with the Finance and HR team in Australia, as well as the group reward team. Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Processing of payroll (up to 650 staff) on a monthly basis using MicroPay
  • Monthly reconciliations for leave, payroll, terminations, salary sacrifice, WorkCover, and payroll/group tax etc.
  • Administering and processing all disbursements/reimbursements
  • Collecting, calculating and entering data to maintain and update payroll information into accounting software
  • Support Finance and HR in the provision of employee related information and reports
  • Resolving and answering any payroll enquiries

 

This role can be based in our offices in Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide or Brisbane.
 

About you:

  • End-to-end payroll experience (MicroPay experience ideal)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships, both internal and external
  • Well-developed organisational skills, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively and consistently meet deadlines and use initiative
