Job / Role Description:
Part of a small team of Assistant Commercial Managers providing commercial due diligence to multi-disciplined Integrated Delivery Teams as required in accordance with the established commercial strategy.  This strategy will contribute to our Business Winning and should include all aspects of legal (Ts and Cs), pricing, Intellectual Property as appropriate to the grade, in addition to contributing to effective and efficient contractual management of contracts within the portfolio.

The typical applicant has a university degree (or comparable work experience), is accredited to IACCM (WCC) member status or higher, or MCIPS qualified, with 1-2 years of practical experience in a commercial role.

General Role Accountabilities

  1. Individual Commercial contributor working as part of an Integrated Capture Team (ICT) or an Integrated Delivery Team (IDT), or within a portfolio area of the business
  2. Demonstrating general commercial acumen on tenders and contracts which are typically standard, of low to medium complexity, or providing junior support other commercial staff on major projects, or new business campaigns
