We are looking for a Project Controls Team Lead to join the London based Vivace team, to support delivery of the Accelerated Capability Environment (ACE). You will support Vivace’s mission impact to its customers by managing the day to day running of the Quality Hub function in accordance with the ACE ways of working.

 

The Role
As the Project Controls Team Lead you will be responsible for managing our Quality Hub Function, this will include the day-to-day functional management of the Quality Hub team, motivating and coordinating the team to achieve specific objectives as well as identifying area’s we can improve our processes and ensure the function is well governed.

 

  • Manage the Quality Hub Knowledge Management function
  • Full understanding of active commissions (both external and internal) at lifecycle stages
  • Prioritise and assign activities to team members across broad range of functions and customer domains
  • Partner with ACE (functional) Leads to drive the data initiative to ensure a Data Drive future
  • Onboard all new ACE Core members into the ACE environment, ensuring seamless and inclusive training is provided
  • Own the production of key metrics, performance reports and ensure data quality / integrity is maintained throughout metric lifecycle

 

This role is full-time, 37-hours per week, base at our London Vauxhall site, with a hybrid working arrangment.

 

Essential experience of the Project Controls Team Lead 

  • Significant Project Controls experience
  • Demonstrable competence in MS Office Software, Jira and Power BI
  • Stakeholder and  contract management
  • Previous experience with schedule & resource capacity planning
  • Ability to apply financial & cost management
  • An understanding of Agile methodologies for project delivery is desirable
