Role Purpose

The role of the Business Analyst is to provide the insights needed to support the achievement of business performance of the Cyber and Strategic Command business. You will be coordinating reporting and analysing to achieve accurate forecast and delivery performance metrics including orders, revenue, cash and profit targets, customer satisfaction and delivery performance. Focus will also be on delivery and cash milestones, resourcing and people development.


Key Accountabilities

  • You will coordinate the Operational Business Planning, Budget and Integrated Strategic Business Planning data inputs, collating, refining and validating data based on building an understanding of the portfolio.
  • Monitoring and reporting on business performance metrics on a regular basis.
  • You will have ownership of the data associated with the monthly business reporting cycle, highlighting key financial and business performance data to senior management and preparing inputs for business reviews.
  • Ensuring that cost control is delivered in accordance to strategy, budget and business expectations.
  • Managing the accuracy of the sales pipeline data.

Experience and Qualifications

  • You should have the ability to analyse and diagnose business problems and translate these into effective and workable solutions.
  • Experience manipulating complex data and identifying actions to deliver improvements to business performance.
  • Confident and articulate with well-developed communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
