The Role

As a Cleaner, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality operations across our Portsmouth site. Around 70% of your role will focus on cleaning duties, helping to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and presentation across our facilities.

 

Day-to-day you'll assist with general maintenance and operational support, ensuring the site remains safe, efficient and welcoming for all who work there.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out a variety of cleaning duties, ensuring all areas of the site are maintained to a high standard
  • Supporting property operations through general maintenance, grounds upkeep, escorting and other service-related tasks
  • Installing and maintaining site signage as required
  • Assisting in resolving customer issues and ensuring outstanding service delivery

 

Essential experience of the Cleaner:

  • Experience in cleaning, maintenance or a similar operational role
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including
  • Computer literate and confident using basic systems or digital tools
  • Awareness of manual handling and health and safety practices

 

Essential qualifications for the Cleaner:

  • Full valid UK driving licence as travel to support at our other sites is required.
  • Ability to safely deploy equipment and follow site processes
  • Relevant experience or training in a cleaning or facilities environment

This role is full-time, based at our Portsmouth site. Working hours are 6:00am – 2:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 6:00am – 2:00pm on Fridays.
