The Role

As an Instructional Designer, you will have a role that is out of the ordinary. We are looking for a seasoned designer to hit the ground running to design and curate an internal learning programme supporting our Test and Evaluation business.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Apply instructional design principles such as ADDIE to design and create digital learning packages.
• Liaise with subject matter experts (SMEs) from across our business to define their digital learning requirements, agree scope, design, develop and implement the learning packages.
• Quality testing of digital learning products for accuracy and errors.

This role is a full-time position based at our Farnborough site with Hybrid working requiring one/two days per week on site.

Essential experience of the Instructional Designer (E-Learning);

• Extensive instructional design experience.
• Content developer experience using Storyline.
• Experience in storyboarding and the end-to-end process of learning design and content delivery.
• Previous experience of stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to have a creative mind-set combined with exceptional writing skills.
