The Role

 

As an Operational Analyst, you’ll be responsible for being a part of the OA & Wargaming team in Experimentation, Training, & Analysis area of the business.

 

•    Lead and mentor small project teams in the UK delivering specialised analysis support to a range of clients
•    Work on a diverse range of projects and maintain a hands-on approach to Operational Analysis
•    Management of a team of junior Operational Analysts/Wargamers
•    Set-up and use of a variety of defence or security domain focused computer models and wargames

 

The Operational Analyst role is full-time, 37 hours per week with flexible working hours on a hybrid basis.
 
Essential experience of the Operational Analyst

 

•    A track record of leading teams, mentoring junior members of staff and managing projects
•    Experience in one or more areas of Military Operational Analysis
•    A broad knowledge of OA methods and techniques encompassing both quantitative and qualitative techniques
•    Excellent customer facing, problem solving, time management and communication skills
•    Ability to work alone or as part of a team
•    An interest in technology, gaming and modelling
